Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 18, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Picsova collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website, workspace, and connected publishing features. By using Picsova, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

  • Account details such as your name, email address, login method, and workspace settings.
  • Brand and content data such as brand preferences, prompts, drafts, scheduled posts, uploaded media, and publishing history.
  • Connected platform information such as page or account IDs, usernames, page names, permissions granted, and access tokens for social platforms you connect that you own or are authorized to manage.
  • Billing and transaction data processed through our payment provider.
  • Technical and usage data such as device/browser information, log events, feature usage, and error reports.

2. How We Use Information

We use information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and secure Picsova.
  • Generate, save, schedule, and publish content at your direction and according to the settings you choose.
  • Authenticate users and connected social accounts.
  • Process subscriptions, credits, and support requests.
  • Monitor performance, prevent abuse, and fix issues.
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

3. Meta, Facebook, and Instagram Data

If you connect a Meta account, Facebook Page, or Instagram Business account, Picsova may receive profile and page metadata, connected account identifiers, granted permissions, and access tokens required to create, schedule, or publish content for accounts you own or are authorized to manage. We use that information only to provide the features you authorize, maintain the connection, and troubleshoot publishing or permission issues. Publishing actions happen based on the features you enable and the content you submit, review, or approve through Picsova.

4. Third-Party Services and Processors

We rely on service providers to operate Picsova, including:

  • Supabase for authentication, database, and file storage infrastructure.
  • Stripe for payment processing and subscription management.
  • Google for optional sign-in and Gemini-powered AI generation features.
  • Meta, LinkedIn, and other connected social platforms when you choose to link accounts and publish through Picsova.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information:

  • With service providers that help us run Picsova.
  • With connected platforms when you instruct us to authenticate, schedule, publish, or sync account data.
  • If required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality measures.

6. Data Retention

We keep account, workspace, and content data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide the service. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, typically within 30 days, unless we need to retain it for security, fraud prevention, billing, or legal compliance. Backup systems may retain data for a limited additional period.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encrypted transport, access controls, and secured infrastructure providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your Choices and Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or update your personal information.
  • Disconnect connected social accounts.
  • Request export or deletion of your account data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing activities.

You can request deletion of your Picsova account and associated data by emailing privacy@picsova.com or support@picsova.com. You may also remove connected Facebook, Instagram, or other social accounts from within the app settings when that option is available.

10. Children's Privacy

Picsova is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
