Yes. AI tools like ChatGPT, DALL·E, and Adobe Firefly embed signed C2PA “Content Credentials” that ordinary EXIF viewers ignore. This tool scans for that provenance manifest and AI-source tags and flags them, even when there's no normal EXIF data.
