These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Picsova. By using Picsova, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Picsova. You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Picsova is a social media workflow platform that helps users plan, generate, edit, review, schedule, and publish content across connected channels they own or are authorized to manage. Features may change over time, and some features may be available only on paid plans.
If you connect Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or other third-party accounts, you authorize Picsova to access and use the permissions you grant solely to provide the requested integration features. You represent that you own each connected account or are otherwise authorized to manage it. You remain responsible for complying with the terms, community guidelines, and platform policies of each connected service.
You retain ownership of the content, media, prompts, and brand materials you submit to Picsova. You grant Picsova a limited license to host, process, reproduce, and transmit that content only as needed to operate the service, including generation, review, storage, scheduling, and publishing workflows you initiate or approve.
You agree not to use Picsova to:
Paid features may require a subscription or one-time purchase. Pricing, feature limits, and included credits may vary by plan. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by third-party billing providers. Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase.
Picsova may generate captions, suggestions, images, or other output using third-party AI services. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all generated output before publishing or relying on it, including for accuracy, legality, brand safety, and compliance with platform requirements.
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if continued access is not commercially or legally feasible. You may stop using Picsova at any time. Sections that should survive termination will continue to apply, including those related to payments, ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.
Picsova is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Picsova and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to your use of the service.
We may revise these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date above. Your continued use of Picsova after the updated terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
